My husband and I just got married and stayed in this stunning cottage. The cottage itself was immaculately clean and inviting; with a beautiful scenery from every window, of the cottage, luxurious bathroom to relax in, and a sensual bedroom to sleep in, was a real treat. Vanessa made our stay very personal, she kept in communication via text to ensure we were not in need of anything, yet respected our personal space.Breakfast was also nice, with homemade cakes and muffins, freshly made yogurt, even catering for my dairy free dietary requirements. There is a local town, lakes near by, a wild life centre and many more attractions; all a bonus to our week away.We would definitely recommend you staying at this cottage. Despite checkout being a little too early for me, I would still love to come back.Worth every penny!
Stayed here for our honeymoon, it was amazing. Vanessa delivered a delicious continental breakfast every morning, with fresh pastries, yogurt, jam... she even let us go visit the farm with our little one. The cottage is luxurious and high end. Loved it. Keep in mind though, Cockermouth is a drive away.
