Good atmosphere, food and service excellent.
The menu looked promising, with a large section of interesting looking burger options. Unfortunately two of the burgers we ordered were served in bread rolls that were soggy and cold, like they had been frozen and not defrosted fully. Our party also ordered two chicken burgers, which were dry and overcooked, yet cold. We mentioned this three times, to the two waiters, when asked how our food was. The waiters said they would check with the kitchen, however this did not result in any action. No apology, no discount, nothing. On the plus side, the sharing platter we had as a starter was actually quite nice.
Absolutely spot on, well worth a visit. Friendly staff warm well lit and good food. Tables aren't to close together so you feel a bit better relaxing and having a chat with your friends and family while eating. Will be back
The food was very good, but the service left a lot to be desired. It was just under 40 minutes before we got out first drinks, even the starters came before them (and it took 22 minutes and some chasing to get some service) Really good selection on the menu, very good selection of drinks but the service really let it down. One server brought a strawberry gin and asked who ordered the whiskey? If it wasn't overly busy it would have been excellent but it appeared to be too busy for the number of staff working.
Excellent food! Had the pasta with smoked chicken with parmesan. I shared the dish but wouldve happily eaten at all and I normally cant finish all my pasta dishes.. Warm atmosphere not too loud. Friendly service.
