Very knowledgeable, patience instructors, moves are broken down so can be learnt much easier and the techniques are realistic for real life situations. Excellent class for improving overall fitness. The people who attend are all so friendly and help one another develop. Definitely recommend this class and instructor for those wanting to learn Krav Maga
Having trained at Krav Maga Cumbria for over 10 years I can honestly say it is the best club I have ever trained at. When I started off I was very unfit however with Ryans encouragement I became fitter and healthier. The Krav Maga (self defence) instruction is exceptional with everything being taught in a safe environment. Everybody in the class is friendly and helpful with no egos. Definitely recommend Krav Maga Cumbria
