There is some realy lovely things but you need to have someone to organise your shelves what a higlety piglety way they are set up very disorganised its a shame realy you need someone who knows how to set it out Then while looking around the diy section there was a rep with a shop floor man the poor rep could'nt couldnt get a word in edgeways very unperfectional he obviously liked the sound of his own voice you need to train your staff in shop floor manors its a shame as its a lovely shop with lots of scope to be better .
