Always very helpful. We went in looking for microphones, the staff were obliging and we were able to test them out. This made maikng a choice much easier.
A couple of weeks ago I wrote to fix my guitar, they answered me the next day, when I took the guitar they told me it would take about two weeks, it took less, the guitar sounds great, bridge adjustment, new strings etc. FAST, CHEAP, in addition to the great deal.
