A practice that doesnt care. Medication stopped because you cant get an appointment and so you are left with nothing to take to control your illness. Appalled with the lack of patient care
Great staff and a modern building. No problem getting an appointment. Handy to have the pharmacy on the same site.
Goodness me it's hard to get through to them. Long wordy recorded messages with a bewildering number of choices. Then you're 'fifth in the queue' and it takes a lifetime to get through, then they put you on hold and it all goes silent and you have that sinking feeling they've cut you off and you have to go through it all again. 'Your call is position six in the queue. We apologise for the delay.' There must be a better way.
