Great staff great shop. These guys just can't do enough for you. So much knowledge. Would never use another shop.
Emailed and telephone leased with Cyclewise using the web contact details, to book two bikes into the Cockermouth branch for minor servicing at the start of our holiday. Turned up on the agreed day and time to blank looks and being told that the bikes could not be serviced for a week. One strident phone-call later, and one of the bikes was accommodated, but we had to go elsewhere for the other. Lesson learned - get it in writing and triple check.

Took bike in at 3pm to be mended as needed new headset bearings. Bike ready 9am the next day and better than new.
